Carlos is power, strength, athleticism, art, beauty and grace ..... all together in motion. Watching him dance, one is first stunned by the power and precision ... and then the beauty and artistry of his dance draws you completely into his world and you can only watch him as everything else around you fades away.

In answer to post below....."...anybody think that he was much better when he was younger?.... we're all better when we are younger.... but this man is still young and brilliant....what does he have to do to satisfy Martin/19. He is really brilliant and if you can do better (what a laugh) do it and stop making stupid comments. So annoying.....Carlos Acosta is obviously one of the greatest, if not the greatest dancer in the world and also a really nice bloke. BRILLIANT DANCER. THANKS CARLOS.

I was also lucky enough to see Rudi in his prime and I think Acosta beats him - at least technically. I never expected to say this - I didn't think anyone could even come near Rudi.
I've now been lucky enough to see Acosta many times.
