The UP Tau Rho Xi Fraternity presents advocacy singers Gary Granada and Noel Cabangon in a back-to-back concert on March 4 (Wednesday) 8 PM at the UP Film Institute.

The concert promises to be an evening of the best in contemporary Filipino entertainment with two of the countrys most talented musical artists.

Known for their respective advocacies for governance and other social issues, Gary and Noel have continued to write and perform songs with subtle and even direct messages for the causes they have since upheld.
