I'd have to say this version is by far the best. The costumes are great, for the most part. The editing could be better, but it's still good. The music is fitting. A key component is the exploration of a character through his/her past and emotions. You get to know the characters more in depth. I haven't read the book, but I've seen numerous comments saying that it pretty accurately portrays the actual novel.
