as someone who loves all kinds of meat, pesticides and nonorganic foods as well as jon fitch and mma, i think he does a great job talking about organic foods and nutrition without being overly hostile, pretentious or condescending. we can agree to disagree, but jon fitch is a cool dude.

i shop at trader joes and i get better food for cheaper there than at the big grocery stores and wal marts

@khazal12 Dude i'm on the dole presently & still happen to sustain a healthy vegan diet. Depending where you live, it might be harder to sustain a healthy diet by buying orangic produce on a consistent basis, but you can still buy healthy food without it being organic. Go to supermarkets when they sell stuff off for real cheap ('best before date' is 'finished'...still perfectly edible) & make food from scratch using recipes & fresh produce. It all depends on what your priorities are I suppose.
