A six part Chinese TV series called "Kobe Mentu".
Literally meaning 'Kobe Disciples,' the Kobe Mentu campaign is based on Kobe Bryant's vision of the game of basketball, which focuses on training and preparation. From a group of 400 players to 24 and down to the final 16, we follow these Chinese ballers on their quest to complete a training program designed by Kobe Bryant and become his ultimate disciples.
Hailing from 4 key Chinese basketball cities, the Mentu ballers represent a wide range of playing styles, experience levels, age and ability -- from street ballers to high school stars, from 12-year olds to college players. It is within these ballers that Nike will connect to the wide audience of Chinese ballers, as every baller in China will be able to see themselves within these selected Mentu.
