Typical day as a pharmacist
1. You are verifying scripts. A patient asks a question
2. You go there to answer. The phone rings; the doctor wants to call in more scripts.
3. You get the call. Another patient comes in, drops off 4 CIIs. Wants them in 5 minutes.
4. Walmart calls and they want a transfer
5. Someone needs counseling at the drive through
6. That patient is back and is flipping shit
7. You have one tech
This happens every 10 minutes. You work 14 hrs that day. No breaks. No food.

I swear when they film these kinds of videos, they pick one person to allow in the place while they film the clip.

@92stripes Forget 400. How about 600? I've worked days like that, and it sucks. You make an excellent point to the idiot, but if he's like all the trolls on youtube, he won't care. =/
are you kidding me? where to you work?sorry but standing for 14 hrs and checking hundreds of meds, not getting any breaks(which is against the law) deciphering doctors chicken scratch while talking with phones on each ear,and another mean, rude person coming to the counter every time i think i might get a chance to go to the bathroom, take a sip of water or heaven forbid a bite of food-you must not have been doing this long or work somewhere with a population of thirty

For anyone that doubts how hard pharmacists have to work and how much knowledge they have and use, I would encourage you to do work experience at a pharmacy (if you're in school) or to spend a day or week with a pharmacist that you may know.
They don't just get paid well, slaved at university, and trusted by the general public for no reason.
