Thai-Cambodia's conflict Part 3

In August 3, 2004 Thaksin's cabinet had approved a loan for Cambodia for the construction of road route 48 Trad-Koh Kong worth ฿567.8 millions with additional loan at ฿300 millions. Plus another load worth ฿1,300 millions for highway construction route 67 Alongwang-Siemraj.
Also contributed fund to Cambodia according to the Project of Condtribution Funds to Neighboring Contries worth ฿500 millions. In returns Hun Sen had awarded 99 years lease for Koh Kong to Thaksin.
