Do you have to do the salt water flush everyday? I hate it. Im on my 4th day

It's recommended that you do it every morning. If you can't , do another cup of laxative tea. I get better results from doing the salt water every morning though.

How soon can you do a second cleanse? Can you do it a few times a year? Is that too much? I want to do it right and be healthy.

CONGRATS! Tomorrow is day 9 for me. No craving for food. Except for when I have to cook for the family. I am getting "afraid" of food. I don't want to start eating and get back to the bad habits. I'm trying for 30 days, but want to go 45. I am 5'7" and weigh 148lbs. goal is 117lbs. I am losing VERY SLOW! I want to move to raw foods then vegan but still eating fish. All "yucky" cravings go away with this cleanse. I WILL definitely do this again. I LOVE IT. Day 2 & 3 were the hardest.

Thank you! I believe that's the one advantage I have is not cooking for anyone. I don't know how you do it every day while you cook for your family. So, much props for that while sticking with your cleanse! The longer I stay on this cleanse will only help me stick to vegan/raw food diet when I'm done. I'll probably start doing 10 day cleanses every 3/4 months beginning Nov/Dec. Thanks for posting! :)
