Animal Crackers - Trailer

Betsy Green is a troubled Oakland high school guidance counselor working with at-risk teens. Her entire career she's been trying to do the right thing, which isn't as easy as it used to be; these days, it is difficult enough just to tread water. At home, she has developed an eating disorder, and it is spiraling out of control with each bite. At work, she feels threatened by the students she's obligated to protect, and abandoned by the crippled school system she's supposed to represent. Which, of course, aggravates her eating disorder. Betsy is the hand that feeds pushed past the edge of reason; today, she's gonna bite back.
