Olimar Pikmin Desync Deciphered! (Advanced Technique!)

Here's the first clip of me doing the pikmin desync, granted this is when i first figured out how so it took me a couple tries. I have more videos which ill upload later but the desync happens at the end. That and I was using two controllers to do it so i look stupid sometimes haha.

its not actually desynced u just w8ed for the pikman to be in range when u press Up smash olimars up smash hits to the sides as well above

i..(*)..i as long as the pikman is in range of the hit box it goes up

Does the pikmin have to be a certain distance away or can Olimar and it be on opposite sides of the stage and still be able to work?

useless comments? since when were comments of use? theyre just opinions of the video.

its not something you get a hang of, its a glitch that occurs at random times.

1- its not a useful tactic if it only works with one pikmin, that just increases the unlikliness of pulling it off.

2- that made no sense

3- if the person had over 90%, then a normal side smash would do the job too. but get this: side smashes arent gambles

learning the glitch wouldnt do harm, but it wouldnt help.

well lets say you get the hang of doing this glitch...

1- its with the purple pikmin aka the strongest of all..

2- wut is the first thing every human being reacts to a pikmin throw? an attack

3- if the person has over 90% it would be a certain kill unless hes using snake or so...

for an OLIMAR player, Learning this "glitch" wont do harm and could do you good so stfu.

how the hell is this an advanced technique? its a nifty glitch if anything. its extremely hard to pull off and not very efficient.

He has wonderful range for his recovery though, and he rips through stock matches with atleast a 2 stock lead most of the time, so a failed recovery due to whipfail isnt bad.
