the moron in the trailing car drives PAST the accident to stop, instead of stopping BEFORE the accident with lights to block the scene. Police do not belong speeding w/o lights and siren. I don't know ANYWHERE that is not law. Lives wasted for a minute of stupidity.  Awful all around.

I have respect for police officers, and the job they do, but all to often I see them tailgating, and driving at high speed when they are not in pursuit. The laws apply to all, not just citizens as we are called by them.
