  • I understod this: Bring the magic sugar to boil until it thickens. when it reaches 120 c. Pour slowly over very cold water (5 C) Lift with a colander and let dry on a wire mesh.

  • @KittyCatLover123xD nah the sugar would start to dissolve and break apart after entering the cold water. they used some sort of stabilizer in the liquid or maybe the sugar to keep it from falling apart.
