Tank Camera Tracking Test With Synth Eyes And 3dsMax

I tried some camera tracking with synth eyes and 3ds max. So i thought it would be real cool to put my kv2 tank i modeled onto a table and render it with vray to make it look as photo real as possible. The reflections we're achievied with a shiny steel ball which i took several photographs of with several different exposures and combined them into a single HDR image. Also some of the lights in this scene comes from this image to give it the correct color tone and shadow direction. Then i slapped on some post effects with AE like motion blur, glow and some color correction. I think it turned out pretty...
Also, look at that poster! Aren't those some sexy reflections?

Nice! Would have been really cool to animate the tank and see it swivel around after a few seconds. That would really sell the effect.

@anim8ordude Yes, i definitely thought about that, but this model has about 9 million polygons so it's quite slow to work with. :D But yes, that could be done.
