Catch Me (A Nick Jonas Love Story) Chapter 18

*Alexa's POV*
I walked home. Still not believing that I made the cheer squad or whatever.
This is unbelievable.
I looked at the time, it was 4:30. Crap! I have theater at 5! I still have to get ready.
I changed, yes changed, and out the door I go.
I went inside. Everyone else was already there. I gave a nervous grin.
"People! Lets settle down now." The teacher began roll calling.
One by one, people answered, until they missed one.
"Mr. Jonas?" My head flew up. Jonas!? I've never seen him here before!
"Mr. Jonas?" No one answered.
"Looks like he ski-" He got cut off by someone running in.
"I'm he..re!" He said, panting.
"Good uhh..." The teacher looked down at his board. "Nicholas." He finished and re-started roll calling.
Nick caught my glance.
"Hey." He walked over to me.
"Hi. So what else do you do? You play piano, sing, guitar, school, football, and not acting? Geez Nick." I smiled at him.
"Well I do a lot of secret things. And you do too." He said.
"True."
"And now you cheerlead?" He asked, amused.
"Yeah, Joe made me try out. And I made it." I looked down.
"You don't sound too happy about it."
"Well I really hate your girlfriend, so that could be it." I walked away from him and onto one of my friends.
"Lets get it together people!" Everyone stopped talking.
"As you know, we're doing a play to raise money for a local charity. And I know you all know this play so, we're doing Romeo and Juliet. Tryouts begin now. You may rehearse anything. Just make it good." With that, everyone ran to the stage and began lines for the parts they'd be trying for. Wow, they're prepared. Nick was among them. I got in line behind him.
"Come on, Eliza's not that bad." Nick said, still not letting go of the subject.
"You don't know her like me." I turned around.
"I'm her boyfriend. Course I know her."
"And you think that makes it any better? Point is, your not close. You've never been close to her."
"I've spent almost every second with her for the past year. Don't you know how many times she says she hates you? And how she talks about everyone behind their back."
"You don't know why she hates me do you?"
"No bu-"
"Then don't talk." I shut him off.
"But you don't know Joe."
"I love him."
"He doesn't love you. Joe doesn't love anyone." He said.
"He does love me. He said so."
"He's just trying to bang you. Classic."
"No! Just being so jealous you ass!" I yelled.
By now everyone was staring at us.
"You two! You have such chemistry. You two are automatically Romeo and Juliet!" The teacher yelled in delight.
Me. Kiss. Nick?!

I wonder how that's going to go. ;) Is she going to tell Joe? Nilexa forever? lol. That was cheesy.
Last chapter for 3 or something days! I'm sorry. I'm leaving tonight! I'm so sad.
So, survive on these 2 chapters for those days. :D
