theres a girl singing in the ensemble that i dont like , it might just be me but her voice or the pitch doesnt fit in with the other ensemble

@SMSProductions1 Oh, that's what I thought, haha- Wiki says that Coloratura's typically sing a lot of runs and leaps...so I guess they sound more dramatical than lyrical soprano's :D

@ethalinia Coloratura sopranos make things sound heavy....all sopranos can blast over an orchestra....but coloraturas are almost that stereotypical "Valkyrie" sound. Lyric sopranos are the type that can sing the same notes, but they sound lighter, their sound is a bit more pure and cuts through a bit more. They typically have a higher range as well. There's more information on Wikipedia about both, and I'm sure I probably made a factual error.

@dementieva12 She's my fav Glinda next to Kristin...so I really don't think she needs to be a coloratura...and Christine isn't supposed to be one too, actually...I actually prefer the sound of most lyrical soprano's....but I don't really know the difference between the two in detail, if you could explain it to me, feel free to :D

@Monkeybizad kristin is good...! she has a good acting skills., but her voice is really her asset... annalene is way better in acting than cheno does., but her voice isn't that powerful compare to cheno., she has a beautiful voice though....
all i can say is annalene is far way better than dianne pilkington.. :D

Honestly, people need to stop being so anti against everyone who isn't kristen. Seriously. If the actress gets a part in wicked they're obviously good! Yes, everyone is a little different in voice, but if everyone were the same then it would be boring!
