Indus World School, Mentors' experiences

Mentors at Indus World School comprise trained and certified educators.
Our teachers go through an extremely rigorous selection process.
They are chosen not only for their academic qualifications but
also for their love for children. Termed 'mentors', they work as
facilitators and guides rather than instructors. We look for people
with a high degree of personal effectiveness, competence and
self-awareness, in addition to subject matter expertise.
Our teachers also undergo extensive trainings for personal
effectiveness and self-management. They work in a positive and
egalitarian environment where they are trusted and supported
so they can deliver the best results and take pride in their
