On the DVD version, I noticed that in some of the exercises Dr. Yang shakes or twists his body a little. Is this to give his organs a little bit more of a massage? Is he more attuned to his qi flow and following it? Also, is it just me or has Dr. Yang gotten noticeably thinner between the VHS and DVD versions?
this is done a little faster than the one i have. its nice to know i can do it in 10 mins instead of 20 .hand position are different . this set gets me going in the morning. nothing like a little wd 40

Wow, that is an old video, it looks terrible! The DVD version was filmed in high definition.
