one good way to block a hook to the head (if in boxing or muay thai stance) is to bring ur elbow to the side the punch is headed for obvious or not still good to know lol

Must admit, these do not look like proper hooks that a boxer would use. The Uke has her distancing all wrong, and wouldn't actually hit the sensei if he didn't block. In my Karate class we don't even bother blocking if the Uke has their distance incorrect.

welcome to a good example of a Mcdojo Karate school hahaha. I did some research, this f*ckhead is not even a member of any major kyokushin organization, because he would surely get his ass kicked.
You know what pisses me of? that always a video from this guy is in my recommendation list in youtube, like if i want to see this nonsense.
also the ponytail gay, with his yellow black striped belt. Never seen a belt like that in real kyokushin. They're a disgrace to the art
