you need to get some aftermarket transfer rods/straps, either or. You can set them to keep your skis down good or to get the skis up like nothing

rear transfer rods, get ajustable ones

sled sounds sweet! i got an 05 venom and im trying to figure out how to adjust the suspension so that the sled will pull the skis easily. i tried to loosen the limiter straps but they can only be loosened about 1/2 inch. any suggestions???????
