Sorry but from Gould to Richter these tempi are all absurd...much TOO FAST...all these interpretations are musical nonsenses...no tempo giusto at all... Poor Bach.
Isn't too fast, but he isn't executing the trills right. They don't sound as they should, personally I think they sound better with a raised leading note - it's D minor, which technically has a c#.
the extreme tempo makes it almost impossible to pick out the melody and harmonies

Fugue was great, but the prelude was too fast. Then again, I also wish that I had the chops to play the prelude that fast!
