@Khafleim Um, I think they just added that into 3rd because of tri. In tri, you don't have to kill the kelbi to carve it. Which is kinda creepy, cause think of the poor kelbi running around with no liver. : D Maybe it's the same concept for the Antekas in 3rd?

@bakufan988 Kirin is'nt a leader or what not, he's just a freakin' glowing horse who might have been a kelbi but got special thunder powers from playing in the nuclear reactor, eh, somthing I might do but no thanks.

@thebeyblademaniac Actually i believe you now. I found a huge one in that guild quest in the forest slaying 50 vespoids in MHFU. I thought i'd drop a shiny then. However the most amazing thing ever happened in MHP3rd in the Tundra. I was slaying Antekas and one of my felynes stuns one right before i kill him. The stun remained so i sliced some more but no blood came out so i proceded to carve its body. After i carved him he stands up runs and disappears, i nearly dunged my pants. True story.
