Suddenly a hand clamped down on her shoulder. She instantly spun around to Caitlyn looking at her with concerned eyes. She hadn’t heard anyone enter from the blasting music in the next room.
Caitlyn: Mitchie why are you in here when the party’s out there?
Mitchie: Caitlyn I can’t go out there. I just can’t.
Caitlyn: *puts one hand on her hip* and why not? Mitchie you have as much right to go to these things as I do.
Mitchie: but you’re not a liar!
Caitlyn: neither are you! There isn’t one person in there who has never told a lie. Mitchie please just come back. This party is a lot of fun. Please for me?
Mitchie: *thinks about it* alright but only for one game.
Caitlyn: that’s all I ask.
Mitchie/Caitlyn: *hug*
Caitlyn: come on *exits the room*

*with the party while this was happening*

Brown: I guess our winner is Jason.
Jason: oh yeah. In your face Nate! What do I win?
Brown: tell you what mate. I’ll make you a bird house.
Jason: *gets tears in his eyes and hugs Brown* thank you!
Campers: *confused*
Brown: *gently pushes Jason away* alright. Now I know you all have your new teenage games but we’re kicking it old school. In other words the games that were cool when I was a teenager. Have you ever here of seven minutes in heaven?
Campers: *go crazy with cheering*
Brown: good. Now get in a circle. Anyone who doesn’t want to play in the place I said before.
Campers: *do that*
Brown: now I’ll spin the bottle until we get a girl and a boy. Then they will go in the closet for seven minutes where they do whatever they want. Alright. *spins bottle*
Bottle: *points to Shane*
All guys: *start howling like idiots*
Shane: *laughing, punches the guy who was closest to him gently in the shoulder playfully*
Guy: *punches back*
Shane/guy: *start wrestling, laughing and having fun*
Brown: alright you crazy kids settle down. *spins it again to get a girl*
2 Random girls: *get up and go to place for campers who don’t want to play*
Mitchie/Caitlyn: *walking out of the kitchen at that exact moment*
Bottle: *stops and points in Mitchie’s direction*
Brown: hey puppet. You game?
Mitchie: *turns to Caitlyn who gives her a play-then-you-can-leave look* yeah. I guess I can play.
Brown: perfect. We’re playing seven minutes in heaven.
Mitchie: okay.
Brown: you’re going in with Shane then. *pushes Shane in the closet before he can protest*
Mitchie: excuse me for a second. *turns to Caitlyn and whispers so only she can here* Caitlyn I can’t go in there with him. He’ll kill me! Not that I blame him but… please just don’t make me go in there.
Caitlyn: play and you can leave.
Mitchie: NO! You can't make me go in there!
Caitlyn: yeah. *drags her over to the closet and pushes her in*
Mitchie: *stumbles forward into the closet*
Brown: *closes the door* seven minutes. Have fun.
Shane: *scoffs some fun. Of all girls I get stuck with you.
Mitchie: *quietly sits in the corner, to scared to be anywhere else in the cramped space*
Shane: *glares at her* an actual good idea from you. You stay on your side. I’ll stay on mine.
Mitchie: *hangs head*
Shane: nothing to say now that you’ve been caught, liar?
Mitchie: *fighting back tears*
Shane: guess not.
Mitchie: *willing the tears not to come*
Shane: *chest heaving in frustration*
Brown: *opens door* times-
Mitchie: *shoots out before he finishes*
Brown: *confused* up?
Shane: *walks out and his whole attitude changes. He’s back to his fun attitude*
Mitchie: *runs out of the mess hall*
Caitlyn: *stays behind, back at the party. Deciding to give Mitchie time to calm down*
