If the Chargers get him for left tackle, he's got to add more weight and work on his anchor which his footing. I like how light and quick he is on his feet.

Which is fine. Knowing what we know about his physical traits he should of gone up the draft board. The man is a rare athlete. The best o-line physical specimen in this draft. He will at least be a starting tackle in this league but holds the potential to be something really special.

Yes his skills aren't refined. That would be alarming should he have had a lot of playing time. Well. That's not the case. This guy isn't an idiot. He will go in and start to learn. Hes got all the physical traits needed to be a stud tackle in this league. Tons of potential hence #4 overall selection. To point out flaws in his game is to point out what we already know. He hasen't had a lot of playing time but hes a top notch prospect. Despite what was said this is a safe pick.

It is a flaw because it is so drastic and noticeable. The idea is to keep every stance to look the same, like I stated before. just read, listen to anything Howard Mudd states in any forum about offensive tackle techniques and you would understand a bit better than you are at this point. Secondly, you made my point by posting that Eric Fisher video. His stance is not as blatant as Lane's is. That is how it is a flaw.

If he was really "showing the team's cards" they would never complete a pass or convert a first down with a run....there is a reason why he's doing it.
