That's a really nice wooden desk he has there. I think really nice to have balls of solder roll on it and burn. Looks like he would have put down a heat resistant surface like a ceramic tile or even a newspaper to keep his nice desk from getting marred.

I'm a novice at capacitor replacement but I believe that following this tutorial will result in an explosion 50% of the time. There is a positive lead and a negative lead on a capacitor, if it is installed positive to negative, it will explode. If you don't align positive to positive, negative to negative, you will blow the cap. This guy is a 50/50 crapshoot.
