Of course the problem is the people who would build the thing are usually employed already. The bad or unproductive workers, more or less, get laid off or fired first. But what he's describing is a tad better than any stimulus we've ever done.

It will cause a big worldwide response because of the name itself. Why would we call it that? Can children say it too?
