Cold Steel Knife Throwing Demo - 2012 a little early?

Today I got my new Cold Steel knives and Gil Hibben throwing ax.
I purchased 2 Cold Steel True Flight 12" Throwing Knives, 1 Cold Steel GI Tanto fighting knife and 1 Gil Hibben custom throwing ax
Here is a demonstration throwing those and some others with my friend Kyle.

I have bought a lot of different throwing knives and axes trying to find the best, most durable models for the coming appocolypse as there will be no more BudK then and what we have is "what we'll have".

A lot of knives look good but most are brittle or badly designed(holes or cut-outs that make them weak) and will break within just a few throws.
This is unacceptable!
I am done spending good money for crap.
From now on I will be buying Cold Steel Knives and ordering them from BudK for a great discount as I saved over $40 on these 3 knives and ax.

thats gay... a throwing knife shouldnt be sharp at all.. there meant to be so dull that they dont cut at all so they dont cut your hand while throwing from the blade.... to prove it, you can use butter knives a throwing knives. theres videos all over youtube

I have the knives, the skill....but not the targets, im destroying good wood i cant find tree stumps anywhere. I live in Southern LA can anyone give me any advice where to get any? BTW i wish gunny was my friend :(

Hey brother, thought there was lots of logging in LA. No evergreens like these Douglas Fir rounds, they are only on the Northwest coast. I would. call around to lumber yards, and post an ad on craiglist or the Little Nickel for free looking for large rounds.
