Slightly wacky, informative bit about sugaring. The cute pink thing is a friendly desk companion of mine since as long as I can remember; don't know it's name.

The music, well, it's Magnificient...or something like that.

I have been sugaring for about half my life and I am thankful for having been introduced to it so early. I did try shaving and once or twice tried commericial hair removers. I have sensitive skin and the thought of breakouts and worse isn't appealing to me.

Sugaring does take time to try. You will need to set aside time when you're not going to need to be somewhere in an hour; you will want to practice on a small area first.

I have never known anyone to break as a result of sugaring. This mixture is a food...it's really "candy"...for the body.

I sugar my chin (as you may have seen on video), my upper lip (those fine hairs catch easily), I do my legs, underarms and so on. The underarm, in my opinion requires the most skill since you're working on an area that isn't easy to manipulate with both hands. I've gotten very good at it, but, I have been doing this a long time.

Usually, I sugar the night before, wake up to a nice, smooth day! The results can last a long time if you're not very hairy to begin with.

The new hairs will usually grown in finer and lighter than the former ones. I don't know how often this occurs in everyone, for me, it's pretty consistent that way.

I did a Brazillian style last summer and I was very happy with the results. Yes, it works with sugar, but, you have to be patient and not have to be anywhere.
Most people will do the regular bikini style (because it's practical).

The sugar should be warm to touch, but not running like a facet, sugar will burn skin when it's that hot...I know you already know that, but, I must say it again, I have made mistakes like that from being to in a hurry.

:) Any questions, please contact me!!

Your friend,
Nina

  • Hello there!! Thanks for watching my video!! how r u?

Well, I certainly thank you for your kind words, you're so sweet, I hope to help with sugaring; I love it so much; it's been so much help for me...especially when getting ready for swimsuit season...and I'm in Texas, so, that starts early! :0) lol

If you sugar now, it should be fine usually for at least that long, and, if not, the hair grows in finer and lighter (usually)...so, if you have to go back over, it will be easy and really quick

  • Hello Emma, thank you so much for watching my video. I'm so happy you found it helpful. LUV YOU TOO! :0)

Yes, please warm the sugar each time you plan to sugar, just warm for about 15 seconds and check...You can either place jar in microwave or you can place jar into a bowl of hot water and wait for 15 minutes or when sugar is softened. Thank you so much dear!!! HUGs! Nina
