when I test my humidifer no water runs thru the line into the filter I do hear a click when I reset the dial. Is it possible the sensor needs to be replaced? also the line filter is not plugged.

kazab21 Make sure your thermostat is set to heat, if it is turn it up 5 degrees. Turn your humidistat dial to 7 and let run for 10 minutes. If you do not see any water coming out of the drain tube you will need a service call.
