alienware is the worst piece of shit laptop since...fuckin ever! cooling problems,blue screens, and it slows down in time and it can barely run games with it's base specs. fuckin trash. i thought i was so cool for my m18x purchase...all the lights would make the ladies wanna suckle upon my dilly but thats all that is offered. if u think a alienware is better than a qosmio YOU ARE NOT A GAMER. period.

both laptops are awsome. the reason i bought a qosmio q887 is because of the screen size and the look of it. the keyboard is awsome but the only complaint i have about the qosmio is the left side panel buttons, if your playing something like crysis 2 or dragon age 2 u might accidentally touch the sensitive touch button while using the w a d keys, and the other thing is its a bit heavy to haul around if u plan to go somewhere with it. on the whole its very powerful and can play any game on high.

I honestly lover the fact you can get a more powerful(and affordable) laptop from toshiba. I've taken a look at some of the video cards you get at minimum specs for a Alienware laptop and half of them can't even run Crysis at Max even though they advertise it(All your really paying for is the brand name and the useless lighted up keyboard.) The Toshiba Qosmio however is already able to run most games on higest with just it's lowest prebuilt specs. Keep up the good work toshiba.

the title of this video really sparked my interest. the alienware m17x is what i originally wanted and the toshiba qosmio x505-q880 is what im now getting. but your video doesnt really compare them at all. you dont even list specs. they're just pictures of the laptops and i already knew what they looked like...
