Does Casey's defense get to chose the whole jury? Does the prosecution get to chose any?

@nataliearielle8 Once a juror goes through all the questions and answers, the juror leaves the courtroom and the Judge asks the state and defense if they have any objection to this juror being sent forward. If they both state no objections, then the juror goes forward.

@nataliearielle8 Now if either side decides to challenge why the juror should not go forward, then they state this to the Judge and he decides whether it is warranted or not. If the Judge allows the juror to go forward the side that challenges then has the right to challenge the decision bu the Judge. There is something regarding "strikes" that are used by the side that challenges, however I am not that educated in that part of it.

this woman speaks so much. No compassion. This would have been a good juror, but I am glad that she will not have to go through it.

@DavidPackluvr The woman has said "publically" while sitting in front of Casey, exactly what all normal mother's have felt, as well as fathers, men and women with no children have felt. If I coudl have jumped through my computer screen to give her a hug, I would have. :) :)

Thank you for posting this...Casey , this is the heart and soul of a mother who has lost a child...No avoiding police,no lying...she is not doing her own "investigation"..I believe that to lose a child is the worst thing that this world has to serve on anyone.NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF THAT LOSS!!
