@nirvanafan176 - probably because that is the way the songs were written, whether they were written musically by Lars, James, Cliff, Jason, or Kirk... or whoever. Obviously the rest of the band is OK with it if Lars wrote it that way, or else they would have replaced him, right? I mean if you don't like Lars, just say it, don't just say that he sucks. I mean you don't HAVE to like him, but he does his job in Metallica and does it well, as the band's track record shows.
