@janeash Sweet :P sounds like I should be able to then even though I haven't gotten around to an HQ light yet (I do have loq. earring for a bit faster casting and serket/ether for more mp or jelly ring for a tad less dmg though) just got Bst to 75 last night too so that's another one lined up (I was mostly just looking forward to wearing my haidate +dusk+1 on bst as well lol I don't think I'll even use it much)

Oh yeah I had 1 astral ring and 1 ether ring.
(Not like those were needed for the fight but I am just trying to show you that you don't have to use any meds or buy any special equips for this fight.)
Be sure to buff at the start with Afflatus solace, blink, stoneskin, protect and shell IV.

huh? Repose... what's that, I stoped FFXI for a while now (Gonna comme back I'm exited) so what dose that do and why did you win by not killing him...?

It's a light based sleep spell for whm which is equal to sleep II for a blm.
If you can get sleep to land on him about 2-3 times, you win without even being hit.
