Canadian surprise party

When i read this add in Canadian edition of Time magazine, i thought to my self about the fear that i grew up with under a fascist regime, where people could not be themselves, original, different from the mainstream, for others would falsely accuse them ( sometimes seeking their jobs ) of being communist. When homosexuality was considered mental illness it's stigma caused them to be unemployed and many to suicide. Today as we speak the media is reporting that Canadian psychiatric studies show that many children as young as toddlers and mothers are suffering from severe depression. What do they want ? to make money from mood controllers ? We all know there is no medical drug cure to mental illness, and it's wrong to give these addictive drugs to children... if children are suffering it is usually because of social reasons, resulting from economic and environment. Many daycares are under qualified, no music, no space for dance, the bad acoustics and over crowding make it unbearable to be in these rooms, like most cafeterias. Young children's MOTHERS as usual are said to suffer, and this is the only reference to social cause, blame the woman, and control her feelings with drugs, but believe me LOVE and ART, and education is a much better way to deal with depression... that comes and goes and humans have learned to live with it for thousands of years.
"Fifteen per cent is the number of preschoolers who suffer from atypically high levels of depression and anxiety, according to a new five-year study, the results of which were published in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.
The study also found that those children are more likely to have mothers with a history of depression."
