what they say, there is NO WAY possible to do a valid check on
citizenship prior to calling the winner~(I know this because I've
worked the polls for the Board of Elections for 7+ years, and was
recently promoted to Precinct Judge, funny thing about that I wasn't
asked to work this time around because I asked about checking the
validity of ones citizenship. Remember all you need is a Bill with
your name and address from a Utility Company, Bank Statement, or
Official Document. (How hard would that be able to get, with Identity
Theft rampant)?
If you do the research and look and show know already, in all 50 States the #1 Voting Requirement is that you be a United States CITIZEN not just a Resident whether it is Legally or Illegally. I was also unaware that being a REFUGEE gave one automatic Voting Rights/Citizenship which it doesn't.
I called the Board of Elections and asked this question after I got
something in the Mail asking for translators, and they said don't
worry "We have People that Check that" I then said "What you are
telling me that you can check every vote before calling the winner?"
"Yes" was their answer "we have a Panel that decides." I find that so
hard to believe when we cannot even keep track of people here on
Student Visas. I asked the same question to an Election Board
Trainer, at the Judges Training Class. His reply to me was "I'm not
here to talk Politics." and he cut me off, I then stated, "Well, I
thought the Election Process was a HUGE, BIG part of the political
process."
Remember they can't even keep track of those that are here on Student Visas' that turned out to be Terrorists, (9/11, other incidents)
After shrugging me off again, I got up, left the class
furious, I was followed out by an Elderly Gentleman who worked for the
BOE and asked what was wrong. I explained what had happened, he looked at me and told me I had to go on the "Trust Factor" I then looked to
him and said "I'm assuming your retired and collect Social Security,
Medi Care?" His reply was a Nod and "Yes" I then said, "Well have your
benefits been cut or reduced due to giving everyone that comes into
this country 100% benefits been cut or reduced due to giving everyone that comes into this country 100% benefits based on the 'trust factor?'" He looked as if he was about to start crying.

Ohio law mandates that only citizens be allowed to vote. We have "undocumented workers" (isn't calling an illegal alien an "undocumented workers" sort of like calling an illegal drug dealer an "unlicensed pharamacists?), are we to now have "undocumented voters?" Interesting how the local media hasn't reported this. Many of you have your own e-mail lists, share this with your other contacts. It is important that you add your voice to protests and complaints--and demands that Ohio election laws mandating that only citizens are qualifed to vote and that cititzen be verified. Do not be content with any "trust factor" spin or spins that they have people supposedly checking this. Checking when? At elections sites on election day with "provisional ballots?" Share what responses you may get, but add your voice. A number of you are not in Ohio, but your e-mail will still have an effect.
