Monstermania August 2009, Saturday 22nd.

Actor Michael Biehn, star of classic films such as James Cameron's Terminator and ALIENS films, visits Cherry Hill while attending Monstermania 2009. Michael Biehn is one of my favorite actors to this day for his intense performances in both Terminator and Aliens. Not wanting to pass up the chance to meet a fan favorite of both Terminator and Alien franchises, I decide to take the chance to meet him and ask him a few questions about his future in film, his opinion on the Alien and Predator films, as well as Terminator Salvation.

You have to excuse he shoddy editing because my camera kept on cutting off at certain segments of questions and answers being shared. Also, you will have to forgive the audio as it maybe incoherent since we were in a really crowded area. So annotations will be added for the parts which were cut off.

Never the less, Michael Biehn is an awesome guy to talk to and quite the nice person!

  • he fucked up hes career by the drinking problem he had... hes trying to stand up i hope he does hes a badass actor!

  • It's no secret that he has had a drinking problem. He's openly admitted it somewhere on a Youtube video and is seeing help to deal with his alcoholism. I applaud him for finding the courage to deal with something like that and he's a brave, brave man for admitting something like that.

I hope to see him again and talk with him some more!

  • Michael Biehn is such a badass man

  • Yes.. Yes he is.. And I am one happy fan to have met him in person and shake his hand.

  • I had been wondering what Biehn had thought about Terminator Salvation, im not surprised that he said he hadn't seen it, along with Terminator 3. He probably felt James Cameron should have been involved.

I thought Alien Resurrection was an absolute joke but I thought Alien 3 was good, Biehn's character shouldn't have been killed off though and its obvious he's still pissed about that, as he should be. He did a great job as Hicks in Aliens. He does a great job in all the movies he's in.

  • I was surprised he didn't see it, but then again, I learned that day that some celebrities don't watch the movies they star in.

He also said that he believes that he stared in one of the better Alien films, and he thinks that the rest were crap. I do agree and understand why he is angry that he was cut out of Alien 3. Anyone would be pissed, really.

  • I think it's awesome that Michael Biehn is very honest and direct, especially with regards to how he feels about the Alien films. I thought it was very stupid how the producers & Fox studios handled Alien 3. Biehn, Fincher, and everyone else got screwed, all because Fox wanted to make a quick, easy buck. T_T

  • I really liked the video. MB looks like a very nice man, likes to talk and share experiences with people. It seems a good guy. In addition he is an excellent actor!

  • he's a legend, so much potential to have done alot more with his career, even though he has been in a couple of the best movies of the last century, and can be proud of what he's achieved. as for his vices, poor blokes only human

  • I wish I had a chance at meeting him, I would ask him if he would ever consider coming back for another Alien movie that ignores 3 and 4. I wish I could give him my Alien script and ask what he thought about it.

  • My favorite actor ever !!!

  • Total Badass... love him

  • I'd pissed off if they cut me out too.

But I'm wondering, if they made an Alien movie that took place after Aliens and ignored Alien3 and Resurrection that brought him back would he do it? Cause like he said, he was mad he got killed off but what if he had a chance to come back?

    What do you guys think?
