i like more the old video that you made! but on this i like more max records as near ...but i like more toby hemingway or michael pitt as mello and ian mackellen as watari!

@Nany104 Why do you like the old one more? this one is basically the same it just has more options and characters, the only big change was the actors for Misa... and they were all for the better.

I can't agree with your choices for Near, because mind you, Near is only 9.

@killerbumble Well, thats why I chose Liam Aiken, in my eyes he has all the experience of a 21 year old actor, but has a youg look to him that gives him the ability to play a child.

But if you're truely that bothered by it Max Records is only 14 (but if you told me he was 9 I'd believe you) and also has a decent amount of experience in small roles and large blockbusters... I don't see a problem here...

ooh that's interesting about johnny depp playing as Ryuk thats the first time ive heard that Jonny depp is very flexible as in the different types of characters he can play he will pull it off nicely but he could also be great playing as L ??

I can assume they will hire an "unknown" actor for L. That's what they did for the Japanese film and it worked perfectly. I would be more worried about a writer and director. I would pick Christopher Nolan as the director because of his impressive filmography (like The Prestige and his interpretation with the Batman films).

@spikedjoker I found a great actor for Near. Thomas Horn. Not much of a filmography, but he looks like he could do it. Looks a lot like him too, just no white hair.
