Flooding at the Snohomish River

Video footage of the flood of the Snohomish River on November 7 and 8, 2006. The first section shows the first day, in which several roads are closed and the river is still in its banks. The second section is the next day after the levies broke, allowing the river to spread out throughout most of the valley.

Fun times, huh? There were so many spectators that day. Did you know that after the water receded the fruit stand that used to be by the bridge tried to give away apples that had been contaminated with chemicles from the mill?
