That's not a great pint of Guinness at all. It may be because the keg was old or something, but that's a terrible head, it should be much bigger.

enjoying a glass of guinness right now (didn't have any pint glasses, so I'm using an old big ass mug from when my unlce was a logger, holds 1 1/2 guinness tall boys)

Thats a rather crap pint, look at the head its only 2 cm thick, a good pint should have a 2 inch head
