well, he is speaking about current situation in Czech Republic in comparation with his vision about its development for the future.

he is speaking about the need of new Constitution, morality in every sphere of human life, but particulary in politics, civil society, role of political parties, human rights, environment. I don´t think, that most of this speech could be interesting for you, it is too connected to territory of Czech Republic.
