Toonami's Final Broadcast

This was Toonami's final broadcast on Cartoon Network that has been airing for about 11 years now. Toonami was the place for all the best action shows like DBZ, Yu Yu Hakasho, and Naruto. It has a legacy that us viewers know and remember.

Other Information
Employees who worked on the block will be going to other parts of the channel. Anime will be mostly handled by Adult Swim, and there will be an action block replacing Toonami on Friday nights afterwards. Toonami Jetstream will remain without the Toonami name.
At the end of Toonami's final airing, the host, voiced by Steven Blum, ended the block with a final monologue and then "bang", echoing the final word of his character Spike Spiegel at the end of Cowboy Bebop.

im 17 and watched this guy religously, coming home from school and running to the tv at three to see the newest instalment of shows like dbz. seeing this just makes me sad, im growing up and leaving to college next august. i miss being an unresponsible child with no worries.

this truly makes me wanna cry :( i grew up with Toonami from the very first broadcast to this... it cant be the end... ill wont rest until this injustice has been corrected.. i will save this world from a future of darkness. i will revive Toonami if is the last thing i do!

@super97049 Not cartoon network.It was Stuart Snyder (lovely name is it not?)he cut Toonami's broadcasting time and used that as a excuse for "lower ratings" but it was still enough veiwers to make money on it but Stuart went ahead and got it canceled.The very next week this was aired.Fortunately though he was fired and Cartoon Network has begun healing and Toonami is most likely comeing from 2013-2014.And listen to what TOM says very very closely.
