what v8 is it did u use the l98 and what have you done with the heads ? looks fu***n fast ! i did a l98 shaved heads port and polish cam and carbd it. did the 3.73's make a big difference. really appreciate ur info or opinion.

@MrHondaCrusher Its an 82 350 4 bolt main from origionally from a gmc truck. That's all I know about the engine. It was already in the car when I bought it. I know It was rebuilt and bored .030 using wisco pistons. Heads are stock as far as I know, and it has a comp cam. It also has a weiand dual plane intake and an Edelbrock 1406 600cfm carb. Its not that fast. I ran a 13.98 1/4 at the track with a 1.8 60 foot on street tires. Would run low 13's on slicks. the 3.73's make all the differance.

@d17a2 my dad had a '77 L-82 'Vette with a B&W heavy duty 4 speed that after the L-82 went he dropped in an '82 350LT 4 bolt main Goodwrench crate motor. originally had a 750 Holley 4 barrel on it, in the later years of his ownership swapped it for a Holley 900 cfm Pro-jection TBI injection system. I grew up on that car until he sold it in 2000 after buying a factory ordered '99 convertible with a T-56. thanks for posting- brings back sweet memories of being picked up from school in it.
