I love listening French. Don't understand a thing but love listen to it.

I wish you well in your recovery as well. I can relate to you on your health issues. 5 years ago I was a very sick man. I am off all meds and lost a lot of weight,

My best advice to you is to eat very healthy. Watch the sugars please. POWER up on protein girl!! It is amazing how your body will repair itself with great nutrition and of course exercise is a must.
