hello Cindy, i wonder what does flour usually refer to? what kind of flour do you use in both the pie crust and the filling? thanks ya! :)

@meilias0 I all my videos, if I just say "flour' it means I'm using all-purpose flour. Nothing special :) If what I'm baking requires a special flour, like cake flour, I'll mention it and even talk about substitutes for it. Thanks for asking! -Cindy

I made this recently. I have shared the video with you. :) Thanks for such a great recipe, I realy enjoyed the press-down crust and was surprised by how flaky and delicious it tasted.
