my old Mazda RX7 Turbo2 having fun in a industrial park

my project 1988 Mazda RX7 Turbo2 having fun in a industrial park.
the car has fuel cut issues, when going WOT from 4000 to 5000rpm, but has no problems after 5000rpm to 8000rpm. car his supposed to be 8 psi but creeps at 15 because of the unresctricted exhaust. at 9 psi the rear rotor has a fuel cut ( need a FCD)

its more of a little souvenir before i store the car for the winter (bnr stage 3, 720cc injectors, rotary performance fuel pump, rtek ecu, ACT HD6P clutch kit,... ohh and new tires)!!

ya man mine cuts out at 4100 then is ok at 4600 i fixed it with a dyno tune run but sounds like u might need to get a new fuel filter/pump and plugs/wires then a good tune on the dyno

it got fixed over a year ago. like a week after the video. all it needed was a FCD. it cured everything....

i had a huge changed of plans.... like you can see in my videos, i dont have this rx7 anymore. i have another one. but at first i kept this engine, but i blew it last year.

so now i have a JSPEC S5 13bt with monster aggressive streetport, bnr stage 4, haltech engine management ( ecu replacement ). and a lots of supporting mods.

@nem89 the boost crept around 10 psi after putting a 3" downpipe and straight exhaust.

ya im in the process of selling my s4 na. i might be gettin a t2 after its gone.

how much did the boost go up after u put the exhaust on, and what rtek do you have?

yeah, i had fuel cut problems at that time.

everything stock, beside 3" straight pipe exhaust and blitz bov.

i have a uninstalled RTEK ecu.

i bought a FCD for now ( cause the car was stored for winter), while im gonna order 4 x 720cc injectors,

ill post some videos soon, i took the car out yesterday. and i need to empty the old fuel BADLY !!!

nice rx7, sounds like ur getting some fuel cut? are u running a stock fuel system and ecu with your exhaust?
