Without a shadow of a doubt, one of the absolute best films of all time. The storyline, the acting, the eerily out-of-place score/soundtrack. Pure genius.

Actually he kills himself with Ives because who would believe Boyd anyways if he survived? He would most likely be imprisoned and or thrown to another encampment ( and by what he's been through, he probably thinks all this could happen again) He just wants it all over. know the movie!

@Bingohas2 Martha leaves (I think) because there was nothing left for her. Her brother was gone, the windigoes were dead, and so was the rest of the fort save the two she brought back. So she got the Hell out.

@MundyArtStudio Obviously you haven't watched the movie. They are both cannibals and have to die. Ives, the dark haired one, is happy eating people. So Boyd has to take them both out. Watch the movie before you deem it stupid.
