Hellmann's recently changed their recipe. Now, instead of the silky smooth mayo texture, it resembles the gloppyness of Miracle Whip. Also, they added a lot of sugar. Mayo doesn't need sugar or gloppyness. Shame on Hellmanns for changing a classic and not telling us.
