@lennartgro The difficulty in learning a language has a lot to do with the native language of the person trying to learn it. For example, I speak English so learning German was not that hard for me, but I'm trying to learn Mandarin right now, and it's a lot more difficult for me to learn than it would probably be for someone whose native tongue is an asian language. I have heard in the past that English can be hard for foreigners to learn, because it comes from a diverse mixture of languages.

i knew all these

@DrKillaser tell me an easier language then^^
i started english in the 5th class and french in the 6th. and i speak english almost fluently and my french "c´est une catastrophe" and now i am in the 11th and i have spanish which also doesnt seem to be so easy.
and i also think that english hasnt so many irregularities, in comparisation to other languages, but well i never tried to learn 10 other languages so i cant be sure that english is the easyest language but for me it still is.:D
-
@lennartgro :) ... actually, English isn't easy, according to my researches, it is one of the hardest languages to learn (it is good that i started it when i was only 6 years old).... english is full of irregularities... that's a bit hard...
but the worse..Arabic (i started learning it when i was 6 years old too in Qatar (were i do live since i was 6 years... at that time all schools taught english AND arabic) some of the words may go out of the rule simply because they don't look beautiful. :@

@DrKillaser i am glad that the english language, which is the most spoken language is so easy, i dont know any easyer language(exept esperanto).
i always speak german spontany and fluently but i never recognice how complicated some german phrases are in the structure.
i would never be able to understand, how to build a word of 2 others(schulfach, schule becomes schul/schafswolle schaaf becomes schaafs bundeskanzler bund becomes bundes)
i dont know the rule and learning this must be confusing^^

@lennartgro now most of the stuff i use (video games, internet, mobile, etc) is in german.. :) really good way for capturing the vocabulary... :)
-
@lennartgro yea, thanks...but 9 months have already passed... i know these stuff already... :).. the only thing that i can't get is the prepositions... i simply can't get when do i use "vor" when "von" and similar stuff... :(
but i've reached a level where if i read a comment in youtube in German, i can understand most of it... if i watch a movie in german, i can understand the main ideas that are being talked about....
(plus, the good thing now i have a fluent german speaking friend).. :D

@DrKillaser ich liebe DIE(dont forget the article) deutschE(sprache=feminin, die sprache, so you have to take an e ad the adjectives ending) sprache unD ich möchte sie lernen.
we dont say i want to learn it, we say i want it learn(learn in the infinitiv)
i believe learning german isnt easy, but with much work it is possible to speak it one day, also with french(but i also failed in french^^)
