I love this simple, easy-to-understand video of the difference between a corporation and an LLC and when to use each.

What exactly he says at: 1:32 ? I got: "The owner or member of the LLC can be protected from that membership interspin?? taken away in a lawsuit"

I mistakenly hit the "CC" button, that apparently does automatic captioning. What a hilarious tool it is. For "you can be protected against liabilities" it writes "you can be protected against latinos". For "the owners of a corporation or the owners of a limited liablity company" it writes "The owners of a corporation were you lovers and women like going jogging". Then there's "Isreal is the stop", "manage by a teenager", "lot of relatives", "managers have zero dollars" and more in there.

thank you, a great video indeed
Can I start an LLC to manage fitness classes in a condo? With an LLC, can I hire a part time front desk and self employed aerobic instructor?

Naturally, we need to recommend seeking legal advice to get all the details, but I see no reasons an LLC cannot be used to operate a fitness business. I'd check to see if your condo association will allow this.

Finally, a video I can understand about the corp vs LLC question. Also talks about S corporations and C corporations.

"The owner or member of the LLC can be protected from that membership interest from being taken away in a lawsuit" Membership interest is one's percentage of ownership in the LLC.
