  • One fact I noticed incorrect, but rest are cool. (I'm an 8th grader who just finished astronomy)

Incorrect Fact: The light emitted from the sun is 30,000 years away. It is 8.3 light MINUTES away. Not even a single year. Get your facts right.

  • @NinjaGirl1147 Seriously? Please read the annotations before making a comment. Nowhere in the original text was even the word "away". It mean that it takes 30.000 years of processes inside the Sun to produce the light which travels to Earth.

  • What's the name of this catchy song?

  • @xBioSaturn It's "Ebla" by E.s. Posthumus.

  • @juiceforjoe It's in diameter, not volume. And even if it would've wrong, why would you shout?

  • @millyybabess First of all, no science is faith. Faith is believing without evidence. If there's no evidence, it's not science. And secondly, atheism isn't a faith. I don't require faith to not believe in a god. Believing in God when there is no evidence whatsoever that any god exist is faith.

It's not "I have no evidence to disprove God, yet I dont believe in a god". It's "There is no evidence to prove God, so I choose not to belive in a god. Do you need faith to not believe in unicorns?

  • TWO WORDS..MIND GAMES...THIS UNIVERSE IS MESSING WITH ME

  • @paideguinha Possibly

  • how could saturn float in water? is it because of the density?

  • @NinjaGirl1147 Don't have to be a bitch about it, and you read that fact wrong, It means the light emitted from the sun is 30,000 years OLD. Not away. Maybe you should take another English course.

  • Helium can actually be in a solid form, But just barely, It needs to be (at 2.5 MPa) 0.95 K, −272.20 °C, −457.96 °F To be in a solid form, That would mean 0.05 K less that 1 K. If it was absolute zero, Helium would be solid, Look on wikipedia.

  • Why are you guys even arguing about God here? Its a vid on space isn't it? And I'm sure we all atleast believe that the universe is a fact. I don't know if God exists or not, but my definition of God would be the Sun herself, as all things in this world, right from plants to the most tiny chemical reactions, from petroleum to human beings, is possible only in the presence of our beautiful star. Without her, we would perish. I don't believe in religion.

  • the lucy fact is blowing my mind!
