I've been receiving these messages on my iphone 4 for the past few months.I'm being throttled at 2 gigs of data usage. My reduced speed is ridiculous. I saw this video today and wanted to share it with you. I'm glad someone from the media is finally saying something!

They CAN and have gotten sued for less. You are legally allowed to leave the contract if they suddenly change terms while you are in the agreement, and they cannot charge you an ETF if they change terms. So you do have a little power. Never buy locked or subsidized phones, and this contract bullshit becomes less of an issue.

Shep that is why I use Net 10 prepaid wireless service. With contract phones if the service and phone you get sucks your stuck. And if you want to cancel early you have to pay a cancellation fee. Screw that. If it wasn't for Net 10 prepaid wireless service I would'nt have a phone
